Jan 16, 2021 Annual HOA Business Meeting

The 2020 Annual Meeting was held via ZOOM. It was a great success! Polls could not only be impromptu but results were immediate. The only thing in the world that is going down IS OUR ASSESSMENT! For 2021 it will be $300 and that is $100 less than last year. That also even includes a provision for building up our LEGAL fund. Congratulations to the outgoing BOD for a job WELL DONE! The community is so grateful for your guidance and camaraderie that was developed under your watch. May The Force be with you.
