Prior Approval Board Reminder
It is the HOA Board of Directors (BOD) responsibility to enforce the covenants. It is YOUR responsibility to submit in writing, any changes to your structure or grounds, and these plans must have written approval by the BOD prior to any commencement of work.
Additions, antennas (dishes), fencing, landscaping, roofing material, paint colors, decking, etc. require approval.

The Valley at Erindale 1990

This shows the number of lots that were already sold by 1990.
Lots averaged in mid $40K at that time, but some went as high as $80K.
